Payment and refund policy for customers

PAYMENT POLICY

*Deposit:

30% of the total price of your trip is required to be paid as a deposit to guarantee the booking when you send us the confirmation by Email or Fax. You can pay by Credit Card (see Payment by Fax) or transfer to our bank account.

Note: the supply of hotels and other services is not adequate to the demand in several areas and high season. Therefore you should pay the deposit as early as possible to secure the best availability.

*Final Payment:

Full payment must be made by bank transfer to our account no later than 7 days before your departure. In case of need, final payment will be made in cash upon arrival possible.

The bank service charges will be borne by the payee.

Please check if your bank to expedite your payment – it must take a couple of days to transfer money from Bank to another one.

In the event of the full payment not reaching our account by the due date without any agreement from us, we reserve the right to cancel all bookings and the contract between us.

The date of Deposit and payment will be the date on which we are informed by the receiving bank where our account is!

Note: credit card payments in Vietnam are subject to a surcharge, currently 3% for Visa and MasterCard, and 3.9% for American Express.

*Cancellation & Refund:

In need of cancellation, Venus Travel knows that you – the clients – reserve the right to cancel the confirmed services. However, maintaining the born relationship with you is still vital for us. Therefore, we shall manage to reduce the costs arising due to the cancellation. In worse cases, you are subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the suppliers of services including hotels or airlines used in the itinerary.

 Cancellations of confirmed reservations will be charged $50 per booking as an administrative fee. For bookings with a total amount of less than $50, the equivalent administrative fee will be advised at the time of making a reservation.

 Any cancellations will be charged as follows and the remainder will be refunded to you:

 1. More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge except for the administrative fee as stated above.

 2. 45 to 30 days before departure: 10% of the total tour cost and not less than the administrative fee amount.

 3. 30 to 15 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost.

 3. 14 to 7 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.

 4. 6 to 1 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost.

 5. No-show at the airport on the day of arrival/trip departure: 100% of the total cost.

 Inevitable cancelation charge: flight tickets, cruise ship tickets, train tickets, and other pre-paid fees that have already been submitted will be added in addition to the above charges. Scanned copies of receipts will be provided upon request.

The refund will be made within 15 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, will be added in addition to the above charges.

To begin a cancelation, an email stating your intent to your travel consultant or to (Email) is required. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.
